WHO WE ARE

Continuance Capital is a UK-based investment firm focused on investing in, and operating, high quality businesses, typically with £1-5M of EBITDA*.

We are long term, growth focused investors.  Our goal is to build on the success of your business, develop your people, and share the benefits with all stakeholders.

We genuinely believe in win-win - we are flexible in our approach and pride ourselves on our ability to co-create a transaction structure and outcome that is attractive for you.  If you would like to stay involved with the business, we'd love to have you.

We are not ‘tyre kickers’ – we follow a structured process designed to minimise your time requirement, and commit to moving with speed, integrity, and complete confidentiality.

OUR APPROACH TO INVESTING

iconfinder_Artboard_19_3030708.png

APPROACH

Our approach is to find high quality businesses and support them to reach their full potential by providing growth capital, new expertise, and energy.

We look to build upon the existing culture and strengths of the business, rather than replace them.

Our strategy to achieve returns is driven by growth, rather than cost cutting or financial engineering.

TARGET BUSINESSES

We primarily focus on UK businesses with
£1-5M EBITDA (~£4-40M Revenue).

Our ideal partners are B2B businesses with recurring revenue streams and good profit margins.

Sectors of interest include (but are not limited to): Waste, Packaging, Business / Property / IT services, Consumables manufacturing/distribution,
TIC / compliance and SaaS

TRANSACTION STRUCTURE

We aim to acquire 100% or a majority stake in the business in most cases. However, we have significant flexibility to structure a transaction that delivers the best outcome for all stakeholders.

In most cases we will look to provide profit or equity incentives to the management team.

We utilise debt funding in a prudent manner.

OUR APPROACH TO RUNNING BUSINESSES

Our approach to management is flexible and will depend on the seller's role and the management team in place. Our ideal outcome is to groom the future CEO and senior management team from within the organisation, providing significant support, opportunity and potential reward for your people.

We are passionate about improving businesses, and we are 100% committed to the continued success and growth of our investments. Our operational strategy is tailored to each individual business, but will likely pull from our toolkit of value creation levers, including vision & ambition workshops, sales, marketing & pricing strategy, operating model & culture diagnostics, customer feedback systems, IT & technology strategy, a finance, reporting & KPI refresh, and acquisitions.
